Why HAAN works for branded event merchandise
Guests use a pocket hand spray every day, so your client's logo stays in a bag or pocket instead of a drawer. Pens and tote bags get left behind; a good-looking spray tends not to.
Event, experience and promotional merchandise agencies are our most frequent buyers. Typical orders run from 100 to 500 units, and more than half are personalised, almost always semi branded. Orders of several thousand happen too. Companies such as Google, Pinterest, Danone, Endeavor, the International Astronautical Federation and Meliá Hotels already give HAAN to their employees and at their events and trade fairs.
It is also an easy line to add to a proposal: compact, colourful, and with a story your client's sustainability team will like.
What you can offer: semi branded, full branded and unbranded
- Semi branded: your client's logo on the pack alongside the HAAN name. Available for hand cleanser sprays and hand cream.
- Full branded (white-label): a hand cleanser spray with your client's logo and no HAAN branding, so it reads as the client's own product. Not available for hand cream.
- Unbranded: standard HAAN products, handy for smaller runs or gift boxes.
Our 30 ml hand cleanser sprays come in seven bottle colours (subject to stock). You can mix several fragrances in one order, a neat way to give each activation zone or guest segment its own scent. Wood Night, Morning Glory and Sunset Fleur are the favourites with companies; Citrus Noon, Soothing Lavender and Purifying Verbena are also in the range. Think of them by mood: woody and cosy for evenings, bright and fresh for morning sessions.
Deodorants and mouth sprays can't be personalised because of their size and format. Face & body mists, mosquito sprays and others are available in volume on request.

How it works and how long it takes
Custom orders usually take around 3–5 weeks: 14–20 days of production after order and design approval, plus an estimated 7–10 days' shipping.
- Send us the quantity, date and type of gift through the form.
- We reply as soon as we can with the catalogue, a proposal and a quote.
- We design a mockup with your client's logo, and you approve it before anything is produced.
- Production takes 14–20 days (subject to availability), then shipping takes 7–10 days.
Worried about a launch date? Tell us when the event is and we'll work back from there. If you want to check colours or scents first, we can send samples before you confirm (on request). We have shipped corporate orders to more than 15 European countries, plus the US and Canada. For UK deliveries, import duties and VAT are paid by the recipient on delivery.
Refills and water wells: the story clients can repeat
HAAN is built on refills, which save up to 89% plastic, and every gift contributes to clean drinking water in Malawi. 20% of profits goes to water-well projects, mainly in Malawi: the "B side" of every product. This year we are building a new well there.
The products are made with over 90% natural ingredients, and are vegan and cruelty-free. That gives your client a sustainability story for brand activations that is easy to explain. On co-branding: we work with organisations whose ethical and environmental values fit ours, so sectors such as oil, gambling and tobacco are unlikely to be approved.
Planning tips for promotional products for events
Order as soon as the event date is confirmed, because production and shipping together can take up to five weeks. If you are scoping next year's event programmes, it's a good moment to request a mockup and samples.

Can I see a mockup before ordering?
Yes. Before anything is produced, we send a mockup with your client's logo for you to approve. We can also send samples before you confirm your order, on request, so you can check colours and fragrances.
