You can choose between three versions of the hand cleanser spray, all in the 30 ml pocket format.

• Semi branded: your logo on the bottle next to the HAAN name. Most of our personalised orders are semi branded.
• Full branded: the bottle carries your logo only, with no HAAN mark.
• Unbranded: a standard HAAN bottle, from 100 units.

There are 7 bottle colours available, subject to stock, so you can match your stand or brand palette. You can also mix several fragrances in one order. Wood Night, Morning Glory and Sunset Fleur are the favourites with companies: think a calm evening, a bright start to the day and a warm golden hour. Citrus Noon, Soothing Lavender and Purifying Verbena are there if you want more range.

"From" is the lowest price per unit, which applies at our highest volumes. Smaller quantities cost a little more per unit, and your quote gives the exact price for your quantity.

How long do conference and exhibition giveaways take?

Allow roughly 3-5 weeks in total for personalised conference giveaways. Production takes 14-20 days from order confirmation and design approval (subject to availability), and shipping takes an estimated 7-10 days.

1. Fill in the form with quantity, date and gift type.
2. We reply as soon as we can with the catalogue, a proposal and your quote.
3. We design a mockup with your logo, and you approve it before anything is produced.
4. Production takes 14-20 days, then shipping takes 7-10 days.

We can send samples before you confirm (on request), so you can see and smell the product first. We have shipped corporate orders to more than 15 European countries, as well as the US and Canada, and we coordinate delivery to suit your location. Import duties and VAT are paid by the recipient on delivery.

Sustainable exhibition giveaways: refills and the Malawi B side

Every HAAN gift has a B side. 20% of profits fund water wells in developing countries, mainly Malawi, and each gift contributes to bringing clean drinking water to communities there. Co-branding is open to organisations whose ethical and environmental values fit ours. Sectors such as oil, gambling and tobacco are unlikely to be approved.

Planning tips for spring 2027 exhibition giveaways

Spring 2027 budgets are being set now, and a 3-5 week lead time fits comfortably into a Q1 booking window. A few things help.

• Count back from the show date. Work from the 3-5 week total, and tell us your event date in the form so we can say whether it works.
• Mix fragrances. Give visitors a choice rather than one scent for everyone.
• Match colours to the stand. Pick from the 7 bottle colours so the giveaway looks part of your display.
• Use them beyond the stand. The same sprays work as speaker gifts or delegate bag items at a conference. If you want them for Christmas gifting, order early.
