How ordering works and how long it takes

Personalised orders take roughly three to five weeks in total.

1. Fill in the form with quantity, date and type of gift.
2. We reply as soon as we can with the catalogue, a proposal and a quote.
3. We design a mockup with your logo, and you approve it.
4. Production takes 14–20 days (subject to availability), then shipping takes an estimated 7–10 days.

We can send samples before you confirm (on request). We have shipped corporate orders to more than 15 European countries, including the UK, plus the USA and Canada. UK deliveries are shipped DAP: import duties and VAT are paid by the recipient on delivery.

Refills and water wells: the sustainable part of the box

The refill model saves up to 89% of plastic, so the bottle in your welcome box can be used again and again. HAAN products have 90%+ natural ingredients and are vegan and cruelty-free.

Every HAAN gift also has a "B side": 20% of profits fund water well projects in developing countries, mainly Malawi. This year we are building a new well there.
